These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this site and its services, including chat rooms, profiles, messaging features, media tools, and related features. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

This site is intended for users age 16 and older. By using the site, you represent that you meet the minimum age requirement and that any information you provide is accurate. Users who misrepresent their age or identity may be restricted or removed.

2. Accounts and access

4. User content

You are responsible for any content you post, upload, send, link, embed, or otherwise make available on the site, including usernames, bios, avatars, profile backgrounds, messages, GIFs, videos, and uploaded media. You may not post content that is illegal, exploitative, infringing, deceptive, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, or otherwise in violation of site rules.

5. Non-sexual site standard

This is a 16+ non-sexual platform. Sexual content, sexual roleplay, sexual solicitation, or sexually suggestive behavior is not allowed anywhere on the site unless the site clearly creates future age-restricted sections with separate rules and access controls.

6. Content permissions

By posting content on the site, you grant the site a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate, moderate, and improve the service. You retain ownership of your content, but you must have the rights necessary to post it.

7. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the site to harass others, groom minors, impersonate users or staff, evade moderation, scam others, distribute malware, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with site operations, scrape the service, automate abuse, or engage in unlawful behavior. Attempts to disrupt the site or compromise accounts, staff, or infrastructure are strictly prohibited.

8. Moderation and enforcement

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor activity, investigate reports, remove content, restrict features, and take moderation action when we believe it is necessary to protect users, staff, the service, or the public. 9. Feature restrictions and rank-based permissions

Certain features may be limited by account type, trust level, subscription, rank, or staff status. For example, uploads, external links, embeds, or other tools may only be available to certain users. We may change, limit, or remove access to features at any time to protect the service or community.

10. Privacy and safety

You may not post private information about yourself or others. Do not attempt to collect, harvest, expose, or misuse personal information from other users. Safety-related rules will be strictly enforced, especially where minors, exploitation, scams, stalking, or coercive behavior may be involved.

11. Suspension or termination

We may suspend, restrict, mute, kick, or terminate access to the site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe a user has violated the rules, these Terms, applicable law, or the safety and integrity of the community. Banned or restricted users may not return using alternate accounts, guests, VPNs, proxies, or other workarounds.

12. Appeals

Users may request review of certain moderation actions by contacting staff. Appeals are reviewed at staff discretion. Submission of an appeal does not guarantee a response, reversal, or reinstatement.

13. Third-party services and content

The site may use or display third-party services or integrations, including media, GIF services, video embeds, anti-abuse tools, analytics, and hosting services. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or content, and your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

14. Availability

We do not guarantee that the site will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Features may change, be removed, or become unavailable at any time. Maintenance, outages, abuse-prevention measures, and technical issues may affect access.
